I sent out on Friday like we had agreed upon. On Sunday he sent me an email stating that he had not sent the cards yet.

I mailed out your cards on Friday like we agreed. Since you didn't mail yours when you were suppopsed to, I expect it to go out tomorrow, which should be just about when you recieve my cards. And of course that means there was no point to us even doing a simul-send. In the future when you do a simul-send that means at the same time. Don't send me an email saying you are going to send then not do it, that is just plain bad trading.

He emailed me back and said he would mail it out on Monday the 10th. Well when I finally get the cards on Saturday the 15th the post mark has the date of Wed. the 12th on it. I have a scan of the envelope with the postmark date on it if you would like it.

To make matters even worse, when the cards arrived one of them, the Nether Spirit, has a visable v shaped bend in the upper left corner that he did not tell me about. I have emailed him about the issue and what he should do to correct the problem concerning the bent card but he did not respond to it.

It seems to me that he did the old scam of saying you are going to do a simul-send then waiting for the others cards to come before sending. My cards went out simul-send on Friday the 7th which he obviously agreed to, and he did not mail mine until Wed. the 12th, by which point my cards would have long since arrived at his house.

I believe we have traded before.

I have been ripped by this guy a long time ago but have no proof. The origianl deal was:

He rushed me into the trade, and I even asked if i could replace the tutor for a teferi's moat and he accepted still.

2 months passed and he denied our deal completely, and pretended to not know who I was.

I believe this guy was on the Bad Traders List a while back.

In reply to avatarofstuff, I not only didn't rip him, but he never sent me the cards he claims he did. Of course, had I gotten his cards, I would have sent him his cards.
