I have had a bad experience with this trader also. If I do not hear from him in the next couple of days, I will post our agreement and make a motion to have him banned (or whatever you do to set this into action)__________________

I realize you have assured me that you sent my 2-Undermine and I thought the hold up may have something to do with the international mail slowing due to the recent tragedy. However, this is a European trade and the guy posts this!!!! If you ripped me that is fine, I mean everyone has to learn sometime not to trade internationally, but if you did not and this gentlemen's acquisations are false, then I apologize. Sorry that I do not have a more extensive record, but this was my first trade and I was completely naive, assuming when he said he sent, he did. Therefore, I deleted most of our PM exchanges, which was the main contact used. The last e-mail is the last I sent to him and the one before was last I received from him. It's quite obvious that I am not going to receive my cards and I am ok with that. I just do not want him doing it to someone else.
However, he has not been active on this board since the day after our trade, August 30. At least under the "adriag" username. May want to check to see if he is using a new alias!!! Hope this helps

hello all, none of you now me but the individaul you all wrote about just emailed me trying to get a ref from me becouse we trade a while back and he did not think he got one befor. the only thing is that he got banned for being a ripper. I understand to much about loosing cards to a but head ripper but i did not have enough evidance only the emails between us. well here is the email with him stating he got a new username and a new email adress for the mods to ban. Attention mod i do have a ref with guy and was going to give him a bad ref about 4-5 months ago becouse it took 3 months or so to get my cards, if you wnat you can take that ref away. i can always get more..... the emails between us... notice i did say that i would go along with it but that was just to get his new name and email.... ________________________________________________________ his last email to me.. I had my account banned for no reason. (unless if its not active 4

gets banned?) I just wanted to get back all the refs I had earned.

I dont understand. I am not adriag and I did not send any of those emails. (I did send emails to this guy, but only turning down a trade he offered me.) All of my refs are legitimate and I have records of my trades. The emails I recieved and sent whiteknite3 are this:

I did not recieve any more msgs after this one.
I never sent out any messages like those quoted by whiteknite3. Adriag is banned on his ref list so he must of claimed Me to be adriag and changed the text in our messages? As I said before all of my other refs are legitimate and I would not do something like this. I just started trading magic online and I dont want to have to start my account over again just because someone gets mad at me for not accepting a trade. Then again, if this is what the online magic community is like maybe it is for the best I stay away from it. Mods, please do not ban my account. I do enjoy trading and to not want to be persecuted for not wanting to trade my deck cards. Please let me know the outcome of your decision.

I can do the same, but I save my previous emails in a word file, not my email account.... You seem to have a bad temper, though. This quote is taken from your post "do not cuss at me, threaten me, or tell me that the cards are not for trade." I did tell you I wouldnt trade the tropicals, but please dont get me banned for saving my playsets.

well i think i remeber the trade. this has nothing to do with that trade. someone with your username, your email, and was banned emailed me trying to get a ref from a previuse trade due to him being banned and was trying to catch up. if there is somekind of confusion i am sorry, but i have those emails saved unedited if a mod wants to look at them. they will show that the person that was reported in this post, told me he changed his username and got a new account. and wanted to get a ref from me from a previuse trade. i am an honest trader and have been ripped before. Now the only conclusion i can come up with is that either this person is you or there are two people with the same email and the same account. there might be another way to find out a way to shead a little light on the subject. when was the guy bannned and when was your account opened. that is just stercumstantual evidence,but if your account is like a couple of years older than his that might solve the question. again i ask the moderators to get my password and read the emails he sent to me. the mans name is Will Strode. email me or IM. me if you need and more evidence.
