i sent out the tuesday that we agreed upon which was about 2 weeks ago! i still have never received any cards! now as u can see this is a very big trade! i am very disturbed! if you could please just try and convince him to send the cards! i really need those cards! thanx alot!

He is already on the confirmed list you should inquire at the post office about filing mail fraud charges, especially since you say this was a very big trade, Also in the future its recommended that you search to check if people whom you are trading with are on the confirmed list using keyword such as their addresses before sending out the cards.Hope you get your cards back,

MODS, please don't close this post - I've been
ripped by this guy, and I have contact info
for him so we can resolve these problems. Amar
is operating again on MOTL, and he's using
a new MOTL ID.I'd like to offer his information to anyone who
has been taken advantage of. Amar currently
lives with his parents in the US, so we (with
the help of the MODS) can get our cards back. ubercat

I sent to this guy 2 days before his alias and e-mail was posted on the banned list. I was new to this at the time and did not know to search by name and address. Live and learn I suppose but in the deal I have lost 3-Orim's Chants, 3-Ivory Tower, 1-Serra Angel, 1-Taiga, 1-Brushland. So it was a costly error. However, I will do anything I have to, including filing mail fraud to get them back. I have talked to ubercat and we're going to go after him. I do not know anything about an alternate alias or anything, he was going by okk_stole_my_weed (i think) at the time I traded with him.The unusual thing is he is a very cooperative ripper to me. He responds to all of my e-mails rather promptly and promises to send (latest e-mail claims he finally sent Tuesday, after having my cards for over 2.5 weeks in a simul-send, but I highly doubt they were) You see I live in KY and he in IL, so even if he sent Tuesday evening, they still should have been here by today Friday, and nothing from Amar  Oh well........though I'd share my experience. Contact me for any Amar info if you would like to or need to contact him. __________________

I got ripped by this guy. But, I foubd his phone # and called him. That scared him. Not only did I do that, I told him that I would take action and I filed charges against him...I got my origianal cards back + something else. =)__________________

I feel obligated to update my post and status on this guy. I did receive my cards also after badgering and threatening mail fraud and phone calls to the parents. It took a while but I got them. If anyone still needs help with contacting him, I will be more than glad to provide any info.Eric __________________

Thats what I had 2 do also Elambert. I called once, he called 1ce, I filed charges, I emailed him. I basically had to harass him enuf to get my stuff back__________________

i also traded with Aidan and never received my card. I have been waiting for a while, and because we simu sended, he never sent. I consider it a decently sized trade, so i was wondering where i can find information on filing mail fraud. thanx and i hope anyone can help me.

Since he is already on the confirmed list there is nothing else we can do to help on these boards. If phoning him and/or his parents doesn't get you anywhere the only thing you can do is file mail fraud charges. Visit your post office with printed copies of your emails in order to do this.
