i traded with Jason in July i gave him some time and then last week i recieved what i thought to be his cards. instead it was an empty envelope. i am flustered and dont know what to do with this so i am posting it here. his motl name is irish31
the first email i recieved the other day. the package was not torn. it was just empty.
btw i was unsure as to posting him as a ripper or a bad trader, but since i have yet to get my cards then i will post him as a ripper.
Evidence of trade:If your telling the truth, which I hope you are...believe me, then someone has opened the package and stolen the cards, the package was torn open right? Have you received my cards yet? If so, plz lmk so we can ref swap Jay

Slighboy, your going to get yourself in trouble if you do that.But from my point of veiw, Its hard to believe that someone with over 140 refs would send you an empty envelop and rip you off, if you actually had more eveidence, maybe it would seem more like a mistake. But, who knows. __________________

His package was not torn it had both of our address on it. It was completly sealed when i recieved it.

Well a Scan of the sealed envelop with nothing inside it would be good, and if you don't have the envelop still sealed, then how can you prove that there weren't cards inside.There is just alot of doubt on someone accusing someone with a high reputation. __________________

cball is my neighbor/best friend and i assure you that the package was sealed i know its wierd for a guy with that many refs would rip someone. i think he just forgot to put the cards in the envelope. it just doesnt seem logical for him to do that after he has established a somewhat good trader.__________________

obvious to say.. your evidence is lacking.. and you had no witnesses.. a friend sticking up for you doesnt really qualifiy as a witness.. its your word vs his.. cept he has the reputation..© __________________

hmmmm no address exchange from either of you and no e-mail headers.. your proof could have been written out in wordperfect. If you want more people to take you seriously then post much more evidence.

I already trade whit irish31 and never got my cards but never find this Bad Trader Board... He ask me to send back cards I never recieve...__________________

Ok this is worthless, ok, I know why Jay is ignoring this because nobody has evidence at all, its just false accusations. How many times has someone been convicted when there is no evidence.. never.. you 3 who say that you have deleted the evidence or have no evidence . You say he ripped you off for 4 Armageddons.. why would he do that when he has over 100.. its just ****ing me off when people try to get free cards and trying to ruin someones reputation. If i'm out of line.. then please warn me and delete my post. __________________

Well, lets see. First off- Rider, you got banned, Thifou, ...and you already have tryed my patience by f..dinking me over on that foil chant.. You'll be gone again soon, but thanks for trying to dink me over again. The only person here that has a legitimate claim is Poor Beggar, and in that matter I dont know whats going on... I had a lot of cards(packages) I sent out back whenever..that have just not showed up, like almost all the guys that have emailed me about this are all next to eachother in my email list so... Otherwise, the banned kids post...well is bs..obviously, and the other kid looks to be a bad liar, if he had just said the package had got ripped open, I would have ended up sending him 4 more geddons, since its my job that the cards show up, even if someone steals them, and I have well over 100 of them.. But a empty package..hmm..thats a new one. Im dealing with the legit claim here..mods can do whatever you want about the rest...cuz im not. Jay __________________

I have completed trades with Jay before, and I don't think its likely someone with so many refs would rip you (especially on such a weak trade).I am intrigued. Would you mind sending me the "empty envelope"? Merlyn Contact me via e-mail .. I've dealt with a lot of mail fraud.
