This guy says he sent my cards to me on *3* separate occasions (right) and I still haven't recieved anything. Trade originated in early august and was supposed to be a simul-send. Like everyone who agrees to a simul-send, he waited for my cards to arrive then said he would send his, but he never did. He also brags that he has had mail fraud charges filed against him 3 times and nothing has happened. I'd recommend not trading with him. And Doug, your 4th mail fraud claim is now in the mail.
Evidence of trade:Sends me this email after I send him emails ever other day asking why he hasn't sent, claims I never told him I hadn't recieved. *Hey,
Sorry bout the mishap, why haven't u told me sooner? I can, re-send out, but how do I know u haven't got the cards yet? This trade was for a freind who owns a card shop, so its possible to get the cards and re-send it, but i am still curious to why u haven't recieved them when i sent them out, like a long, long time ago. Hmm... Sounds strange to not reply for almost 20 days, i can send out, but so help u god if u already have my cards and are just looking for more. Sorry for the delay. *I sent out 2 more Fow and 1 more Mana Vault today, if that makes u happy. They will be there by saturday, just in time for u mail fraud claim :). dont' matter i have had 3 claims submitted against me, none of were proven and were rejected. Have a nice day -doug-

Now plz explain to me how this 4th one is gonna go when u do get the cards in the mail, like um, monday or tuesday? Oh, I guess You will just lie and say You didn't get them. Ask my refs. I alwayz Send Asap. But, if I get a 4th one, like u say, i won't worry, I think ur just trying to pull a fast one over me, i KNOW for a fact, i have sent, where are the e-mails saying i sent on 3 accasions? huh? And what on that Accusation is proof of anything? I think u are just ****ed, that after u sent out, u found out the trade wasn't worth it or something. Thats my 2 cents. -Doug-

hei u need to post the complete email with headers , not just what's in the email
or the mods wouldn't be able to help u

Doug, I'll wait until Wednesday before I file charges. But you definately don't send ASAP because the trade was a simul-send made back in mid august and I haven't recieved almost a month later. Sending ASAP entails *sending* the cards.
