back on july 23, "germdog53"(jermey sneeden) poted an offer on my have/ want list. I emailed him back to agree. We decided to simil-send since it was a very small trade. I sent my card. Never recieved any from him. I kinda forgot about the trade, then going through my old trades, I found the one I made with him. I have emails from when I started asking him if he ever sent(8-11). He said he has recieved mine and sent his so I should have recieved them by now. He said that if I did not, he would send again(8-13).I again sent my address and waited....nothing. I emailed, no response. I emaild stating that if I got no response, he would be posted here. So here I am.

moxdiamd i would suggest finding the e-mail with his address in it if oyu happen to still have it saved. He may already be on another post with a different alias but the address would be the same.

Well, this sucker nailed me too, but under another mailadres (jeremysneeden@lycos.com)and in another way:We agreed on a deal:
His 3 duals for my 2 duals + some type 2.
He had to send first, cuzz I had loads of ref's. I received his cards, 1 dual was EX+ NM,2 were very, very played. I mentioned this and wanted to change the trade. He agreed to change the trade but came with very unrealistic propositions. Finally we agreed that I returned the 2 played duals, and send one of my own duals along for the one I kept.
Only cuzz I went on vacation for a week, and he didn't mail his adres in time, it took 3 weeks to send cards after I got his (including negotiating for the new deal)instead of 2 weeks. He received my cards and thanked me for the trade. After that I submitted him as a ref, since I thought everything went fine (I didn't do anything wrong, HE did). After some time he fills out the refcheck and rates me ONE, cuzz I kept his cards to long and didn't send the ones we agreed to. I contacted him on this, but he refuses to change it. Is there some way to nail this guy, and some way to get this bad ref from my list? Cuzz I have been trading one and a half year on the net, never ripped someone, and still one denied ref on my list sucks bigtime, cuzz people might not want to trade with me becuzz of this one.
