I think we've got a problem again. Oleg said to me that he again didn't received my cards after I've mailed my cards out 3 weeks ago. I don't think he's lying, but what do we have to do now? I'm not going to send cards for the THIRD time without ever reaching it's destination.

Yes, we really have a problem, but i think we should wait a little more... It tis possible for the cards to be in mail for 3 weeks (this once happened). I will write as soon as i get the cards.

Oleg still hasn't got my cards yet a month after I sent them to him. I don't like the postage system there in Russia. I've sent twice and both didn't arrive and I didn't got my cards back. What to do now mods?

Yes that is quite nice that somebody got your cards. But what about me? Have you got evidence of sending the cards? If not i am not going to leave this as it is. Mods, what should i do now?

I've got no evidence that I've send the cards the first time and the second time. That's because registered mail will make the trade too expensive and not worth it and that's why I never send registered. And that's why I got no evidence of sending.

Ok you havec no evidence but what is not my problems! If you had the evidence i would have belived your words if you dont, i dont belive you. I want he cards! I dont want to make presents to the people i dont even know! Everything is very easy, you get the cards and tell you have sent cards to me! I get nothing and after that you try to make me look like a fool with all that problems with the adress and modifying my profile and ten you tell you have sent the cards again and i again get nothing! The problem should be solved! Mods, what should i do?

MOTL's policy is that the sender is responsible for ensuring that his cards reach the other party. If the mail does get lost, the sender has to resend or negotiate a compromise, depending on the other party. It is quite obvious that sending for the second time is already not worth it and registered mail should have been used to guarantee that the cards reach the other party.

What?! Does this mean that I've to send for the THIRD time and registered this time? This can't be true.

Hello,i can also confirm that yst is a decent trader. I've traded with him before and he sent very promptly and well packaged. If he says he sent twice, i believe him. Unfortunately, he is indeed responsible for his cards reaching the other party. Yst, you should have sent registered the first time, if not the second time... But for what it's worth, i don't think he neglected sending those cards. Regards, Davy

Hiya! Let's clear this up and end this endless post. The sender is responsible that the cards arrive. Failure to use delivery confirmation on the second shipment has resulted in the continuation of this problem. If you think cards are disappearing in the mail why on Earth would you just ship away a second time and hope everything works out?yst: You need to re-ship your cards and use delivery confirmation. Oleg cannot get proof of delivery nor can he insure the cards against loss. Only you as the sender can do that. Please update me via email of a significant change in the status of this post.

Have Oleg post here or forward me an email from Oleg confirming that fact and I will indeed close this post.

Check out the time stamp on Oleg and my post--2 minutes apart so I was posting at the same time he was! Problem resolved, post closed.
