this guy ripped me for a lot of cards so i was wondering if someone might be able to help me out i already notified USPS and they said that they will start doing the paper work and that is will be a 200 to 500 dollar fine but this guy wont reply to my emails

Man....am I lucky...he supposedly was to do this trade:

2 foil suffocating blasts FOR: 1 foil bird
4 chinese 7th birds
1 foil DCI counter I got really busy and had some family problems and never had gotten a chance to simulsend them to him....by the looks of things, glad I didn't. Hope you guys get this straightened out.

well guys i dont know why the mods arnt coming in here but i have filed for mail fraud (man that was alot of forms) but it is worth it the post office said that the fine is 200 dollars and possably jail time if he is found guilty which should be no prob. so this should be fun since he will have to fly here to dallas to appear in court hahaha they even said that he will have to pay for the flight too that is another 100 to 200 dollars down the drain he should have sent my cards and it would have been alot cheaper that 400 dollars and maybe some jail time i am sure his parents will be ****ed. lmk if yall do the same lets get this guy big time thanks

Noooo!I traded him 5x FoW, a Candelabra of Tawnos and a Mana Drain.
Hes not ben replying my Emails the last days, and now I only get some error when Emailing him. 
Lets hope hes only having some "normal" problems.

PS: Big Reward if someone go visit him, and get my cards back  (a bit expensive to travel all the way from Norway)

First off, I want to apologize for the delay. I moved out of Kalamazoo and I've lost my aol account. AOL was on my friends computer and he deleted my email address. I'm really sorry for the inconvienence and please be patient. Hopefully we can work out my mistake. Thank you for understanding and thank you for your time. Well i have done a deal with this person before and his name on the letter he sent was nik alan. So i don't know if that is not his real name. And i still have not heard anything from him in my email. If anyone hears anything post it.

I agree. Allthough I guess hes rather busy with moving to a new place and all, I think he would have taken some time to send us some mails, considering he knows were planning to sue for mail fraud. I think we all should sue, unless we hear from him soon. Also hope the Moderators wil help us out on this one.

Thanks for helping out inca911. Didnt think it would be so easy, and as you said: "non time consuming" to file for mail fraud.
I will however give him some more days. Because allthough I have my doubts, it might just happen that hes "going through some rough times in life" as he said in his E-mail.

Ok im sorry i have not been up to date on this but my phone was disconnected and i couldnt get on here till today i also just responded to all the emails heres my problem i thought i brought my cards out here with me to college but i didnt so now i gotta wait for my parents to bring them to me. im sorry about all of this i should have been on the ball but i wasnt i didnt really even think about it till it was to late for that im sorry. but there is one thing i must say there are a few peopl that posted on here that say they traded with me but i never received there cards the only people i received cards from are

Just wondering: are you returning the cards we sent you, or are you sending the cards we agreed on in the deal?
Also, in the trade I did with you, we agreed to split the deal in 2. (Because I thought it was a bit risky sending all cards at once) Wondering if you still want to do the whole trade. Really hope you do, and that all this stuff hasnt scared you off.- Paal Rune - [P]
