Ok here is the 411 for everyone on this board.
BETA,MTG, and riv are all kewl and can help you find Jay. If you seriously have been ripped by Jay contact them and if anything unfolds they will help you out. I thank them for everything they did for me.
This issue has caused unneeded stress in my life. I am letting it go. I have recieved my cards thanks to these guys and i am washing my hands of the whole thing. My family and College are more important. I have been on the phone with MTG,riv, and Beta more then i have been studying for my college classes. I have gotten my priorities straight today and this was not on my list.ubercat: Understand a few things, the cards are gone and can not be traced! MTG,riv,and BETA are the only people that can help the people on this board. In this case You are worthless! I nolonger want e-mails,phone calls, or AOL IMs about this!

Hey people!
Beta, Mtg, AND Ravidell are all good traders. I have done business twice with Ravidell and even sent first the second time. Why if he was a ripper would I have gotten my cards. I am currently doing trades with both Mtgpugz and Beta Dragon and with about 20 refs a piece I find it hard to believe that if they were rippers that they would have been willing to send first. For the last time leave these guys alone.

Please get as much info as you can about this ripper. Its a _very_ frustrating situation for me, as I feel too far away to do much about this guy.

Jeez, I really feel sorry for you guys, I hope that [P] wins his case and Nik goes to jail, after all, he is acting very unreasonable. I really hope that all of you get this settled, and this guy gets whats commin to him.__________________

Well, I haven't really been keeping up on this list at all, but I just read the thing about Nik being ::Island of Wak Wak::. Is this a definate?Because he had proposed a trade with me. It was his mox emerald and an undermine for my Juzam Djinn. He originally wanted me to send first but I wouldn't. After that he tried to offer me other different things, like he would send insured and scan the receipt for me and things like that. He eventually agreed to send first and never actually sent. - Matt __________________

Does anyone know the email address of a Docsneeky? i think he knows Nik Personally, i lost his email (Docsneeky <= he's not a ripper, a nice guy in fact). I'm sure we can trace back to Nik thru him. And Nik, you are one sick guy, i have completely lost fate in Motl because of you.

OR you can use that link and do what it says to file mail fraud. This really is a sad situation. Nick Is probally a little 16 year old *** *GOT that thinks hes cool now cause he just ripped a bunch of people and he can cuse at them.
