I know that is harsh but I am losin it, I am an honest person that TRUSTED Nik Alan, and I got taken. The cards i sent were not little ones that I can say OH WELL, They were
3 X Jihad,2 X Morphling, Berserk, Maze of ith, 4 X Sanannah Lions, 3 X Mystic Snakes, 2 X Lightning Angels. Friggin NOT right,I NEVER had a problem like this, I am an 11 NOW and received all 5's. Ebay I am 160 no negatives. I would never do this to anyone. I hate rippers and idoits like this that ripp ya and they won't even respond to emails. Well I hope the rest of ya get your cards because I guess I am not gettin mine he won't respond to all of my emails, I emailed him over 10 times in the past 3 days. I just got the paperwork on Mial Fraud so I will be filling it out and pressin charges soon.

If a mod does read this can you tell me if the info I've posted and that he signed for my cards (I've checked with the Canadian P.O.) is enough to file mail fraud charges against him? __________________
While it's true most Dragons are cruel, the Shivan Dragon seems to take particular glee in the misery of others, often tormenting its victims much like a cat plays with a mouse before delivering the final blow.

Yay! He told me both my cards and Sixphan's will be on their way by tomorrow. I am so glad that I am not getting ripped! For some reason he said that he can not contact Sixphan, I am not sure why.
Edit: I thought He said they were on there way. But I guess there not. :Confused:

Thanks Malzra, Nik Please don't be lyin. I am soory if I got aggrivated the other day. I just hate gettin ripped. I will wait and see if I get my cards soon Then I will not press charges.

Hi, I'd just like to add my complaint to the already huge list. I sent him a big offer for a Mox Pearl and still have seen no reply to the trade. i've talked to him since then, he said something about not being able to get to the post office to pick up the cards. I really don't believe it, and all i really want are my cards back. If i have to get involved with the mail fraud charges, i will. It's just that simple. Nik, if you reading this, you had best be ready to fill your part of the bargain or face the consequences.__________________

I wish you people could give this guy a break. Hes obviously trying to fix his mistakes (we all make them, dont we?) Give him some more time before you start talking about mail fraud. And if he really WAS ripping us out, (and Im 99,999% sure he ISNT) we still could sue him later. No rush.
Thing about all the stuff hes going through.

Hello. I'm happy to say that about 70% of all the cards have been returned or the trades have been sent. As for the other 30%, I don't have the final offer, someone's messing with me (craig/dragon keeper), or I don't have the addresses. Dragon Keeper gave me a tracking code, and I checked it... this is what I got:

That's the right number. I checked it myself right now and the automated response said my package was delivered on August 24th!!! Can you please try it again. Can a mod please check that because I have tried it a few times and it works fine.__________________

Just wondering: You that have received cards from Nik, were they the cards you originally sent him, or the cards you were supposed to get from the deal?
I havent gotten either, but then again, I live in Norway so shipping usually takes almost a week.

I still have not recieved my cards. I have sent him my address the deal and everything. When i email him he always makes up and excuse saying why he has not sent but he will send ASAP. Then i email him again and he tells me the same bull. I'm filing for mail fraud on monday morning, against nik alan.
