Topic: Bad Trader: Yumtim, chrono_trigger666@hotmail.com

As much as I regret having to do this, I must tell all of you that YumTim(chrono_trigger666@hotmail.com) is a bad trader. We made a deal to trade July 18th with him sending first. After two weeks and no cards arriving I sent him two e-mails asking him what was up. On August 4, he says he does not have one of the cards he was going to sell me. This I did not mind very much. But the fact that he didn't bother to e-mail me did. I then sent him an e-mail that day asking why he didn't tell me sooner. He did not respond. I then sent another e-mail on August 6 telling him he had until August 10 to reply or I would post his name onn Bad Trader Alert. Finally today I sent him an e-mail saying I was indeed reporting him. He has not responded since his August 4 e-mail. Yumtim is by no means a ripper, but he does not follow through on all of his trade or respond to e-mail. I just want everyone to be aware.

Agreeing to send first and not doing so is a violation of our trading rules and is punishable by -3 karma deduction. I need more evidence though, do you have the emails or ICQ log where he agreed to send first? If so please post it and I'll follow this up.

Unfortunately I have no evidence of him saying he would send first other than it being implied when I said:
"The fork is Revised, NM. I am interested in trading with you. If you are happy with the set and condition of the fork, we can trade. If you are still interested, I will send you my address. Thanks." You could try and contact him to see if he will admit to it. His other MOTL name is azn_rage

Yeah, I suppose 2 accounts doesn't seem like it would be allowed. It's quite obvious he has two. For one, he e-mailed me using chrono_trigger666@hotmail.com which is in the profile for "yumtim". Then on my Have/Want list he posted using "azn_rage" telling me to:wnat your:
fork(set?)(condition?)

Yumtim is my friend, He told me he can't post on MOTL, He also told me the email and account changed itself. And he said the AznRage has his email and Yumtim has AznRage's email.He said he did not made 2 accounts and he told me his email is not the chrono trigger one. It seems to be mixed up. Plz ask me or email me. I can talk to him locally or on ICQ. __________________
