Alright, I am posting this because lately, I have had a lot of problems with trades, and I figured someone would probably report it, so I'll save them the effort. I just figured out what has been happening. Lately we have been getting several letters from bill collectors about past-due bills, yet we had sent every one of them. Well, just yesterday, my brother was going to go get the mail, so he looked out the window to see if the flag was still up so he would know if the mailman came yet, and he saw 2 kids from down the street taking the mail out of our mailbox. We have had many problems with these kids in the past and ever since me and my friend got in a fight with them, it has gotten much worse. My dad is going to call and report it to the police station tomorrow around noon or so. I'm really sorry about all that is going on, and I will try to have it resolved as soon as possible. I would like any mod to reply to this, so I can see what I should do and if I am going to get in any trouble. Thanx everyoneOh yeah, if I traded with you, please reply

I was checking this forum repeatedly to see if anyone had posted anything about you, but I am glad to see that you are at least consistent and proactive. This was a deal for a NM Mox so the stakes are pretty high, but I will sit tight as long as this thread remains active. Thanks for being responsible.

Like many others I also have a trade going with you, for really high stakes. Obviously I have contacted you repeatedly because I am worried about the status. If however you are either willing to send me the proposed cards, OR return the Mirror Universe I sent you, all will be fine. I sympathize for your current predicament and hope all gets settled ok.Blake

Alright, I have talked to the people that have been taking the cards, and they admitted to taking some of them, but they have denied taking all the cards that i was sending, and at first they told me they had an ali from cairo that I traded for, and when I went over there to get them the next day, they denied it. I have gotten back every card that I traded for (except ali from cairo) but they denied taking my cards that I was trading. What am I supposed to do about my cards and the ali from cairo? Could a mod plz reply to this ASAP?

Hmm, mods are human beings too, we are not robots(surprising eh?). I regret to inform you that the sender is responsible for what he sends. Therefore, you either have to replace what you were supposed to send or negotiate a compromise with the other party. I sympathize with you but there is nothing much the mods can do to help you.

Just a thought for you, since it seems to be a continuing problem. Take all of your stuff to the Post Office or to a USPS Mailbox when you are sending. And make sure that the people that send to you send with Delivery Confirmation. - Matt __________________

Wayne, thanx for clearing that up for me, here's what's going on: I never got any cards from the MOTL member "Jesters" and I never recieved the Ali from Cairo from Dan Rosenhec. Everything else is now in my possession, so I will be sending it back as soon as possible. I hope that jesters and dan rosenhec will not report me as a ripper, because if I was a ripper, why even bother sending anyone elses cards back? I apologize for all that is going on, and hope to maybe trade with you all in the future, thanx!

BS you never received my Ali from Cairo -- I have an email from you saying that you DID which I am posting below. I am still waiting to receive back my Beta Savannah as well and I have another trade pending on it so whatever is going on there needs to be cleared up FAST. I'm out a ton of money here.

Exactly the same, he said he'd return my cards and it's been three weeks and he hasn't. And now he's saying he didn't get my Ali from Cairo, which he told me he did in the email posted above. Mods, help -- we need our cards back!
