Some of you probably thought you had been ripped off, but that is not the case. I have had a lot of problems lately, such as work and some other things that arent anyone's business. I really need all of you to e-mail me or post here (post is preferable) and give me your address and what I owe you. I am pretty sure I owed cards to 3 people, but I never got the Ali From Cairo back. I thought I explained that I told the person I got it because I had just got off the phone with the people stealing the cards and they told me they had it, so I assumed I could say that I did. I went over the next day and they denied having it. Besides that, I have everything. The others who said I owed them cards were lieing, especially the guy that said I owed him a FOIL bop and other stuff, because I never had a foil bop to trade in the first place, so I wouldnt have said it. I have: Moat, The Abyss, Beta Savannah, Mana Drain, and Mirror Universe. Please reply ASAP so I can get this over with, because I am VERY busy. Sorry if I caused people too much trouble and I can understand if I get banned from MOTL. Thanx

What do you mean you never had the Ali from Cairo? I JUST posted an email FROM YOU TO ME saying that you DID have it IN YOUR POSSESSION. This is not a cheap card we're talking about here. If you've lost it, buy me another one or pay me $45. And yes, I'd like my Beta Savannah back, please.

Well, if I must, I'll explain it to you again. (I believe that makes 3 times now) I told you I had it because I assumed I was minutes away from walking next door and getting it, because I was told that they had it. Under MOTL rules, I am not responsible for the loss of your card, because it was your responsibility to get it TO ME in the first place, which never happened. I will send your Savannah back once I have your address, but if you want the Ali from Cairo, you will have to call the post office and try to get them to retrieve it from the people ext door (they will just deny taking it, so it wont matter anyway. Also, my dad is a mail carrier, so I know that in most cases, they wont even attempt to get anything back for you unless the value is over 150 dollars, which it isnt. I'm sorry for the loss of your card, but I still need your address so I can send your savannah.

Mods? Is this right? The card was delivered to his mailbox by his own acknowledgement. Now he claims that someone stole the card from his mailbox. Am I responsible for getting the cards into his hands or only to his mailbox? By that logic, I could just never show up to pick up my cards from my mailbox and claim I was ripped off.Dan Rosenheck

Well, cooberp is right, because the Ali from Cairo supposedly reached the mailbox, cooberp did get the card to Sokpuppet and his responsibility ends there, cooberp is not responsible for Sokpuppet's mailbox and its contents. Sokpuppet should be the one who should get the Ali from Cairo back.

Jesters, you are such a liar, you never sent your cards, and Wayne, how the hell am I responsible for a criminal activity? It's not my fault and it's not his, s*** happens. If our roles were reversed I guarantee he wouldn't want to make up for the lost cards either. Now look, I already lost EVERYTHING i was supposed to be sending, and I don't plan on losing anything else. If i had another ali from cairo I would sent that to him, but I don't.

Finally, after a trade that began on July 17th, I have received my origional cards back from this trader: Abyss, Mana Drain, and Moat. Hope all others involved resolve their trades.

Wayne, I tried that. That is how I got back all the other cards involved in these trades. The police gave them a call and said they needed to get in contact with me, and if they didn't then a deputy would have to come out and they would get a fine. So we got in contact and they told me they had all the cards that I was supposed to recieve (I gave them a list and they said they had them all) So then I e-mailed Mr. Rosenhec and told him I had his cards back because I thought I was just about to go get them both. I went over there and they denied having the ali from cairo. I called the police again and they said there is not much they can do if the people already sold it or gave it to someone, so they apoligized for me losing my card and that was it. I am not a ripper, if I was a ripper, I never would have sent back umengine's cards, which I did.

Well if you don't have the Ali then send me something to replace it. Give me a list of your cards and I'll say what I'd accept as being equal to it. I still haven't gotten back my Beta Savannah from you either...

Alright, here's the deal. Give me about one week to try to trade someone for an Ali from Cairo and I will send back the savannah and the cairo. I didnt send the savannah yet because I was still working on getting an ali from cairo. I will go to the local comic book store and see if I can get an Ali from Cairo. I'll update you in 2 days.

Well, I just got an envelope from SockPuppet7 at my summer address, but I have to wait for it to get here to know what was in it. So I'll post later this week.

You JUST NOW got an envelope?! I sent that quite some time ago, and if you are wondering, it is an ali from cairo and a beta savannah. If you need it, I can probably find some way to prove i sent it a long time ago...

He can check the postmark on the envelope to show when it was picked up by the postal service. If you or him want to put up a scan of the postmark for any reason, send me the scan, and I'll put it up on a page for you.

No problem, im sorry it took so long, i was having some problems at the time. The date should say a couple weeks ago (unless my dad forgot to mail it. I gace it to him becuz he works at the post office, but im sure he would have told me if he mailed it late or whatever)
