Well... mods please ignore this until August 1, he assures me they'll be here and that he is sending extra cards to thank us for being patient. Please don't delete this post.EDIT: I STILL haven't not gotten the cards and as of this edit it is August 1, 2001. EDIT: August 8, 2001. No cards. Interesting post on how much Jared hates MOTL in the Magic Discussion forum.

Hi,I traded with Jared. He is a really great person. He sent his cards really fast. He even threw in a great rare. This person is honest. Hey Masa&Mune, I do believe you will recieve your cards. the only way I think you wouldn't get is if they were lost in the mail. I have no doubt that he is honest, but I don't really think its that great for me that I don't get anything... Today was really strange, my mailbox was empty for the first time in 2 years! Eerie...__________________

I am sorry to say that I have NOT gotten any cards from him yet, even though he claims he sent the second set of cards (which weren't replacements, merely cards to thank for patience) priority insured... I did however get BrandonLyden's cards back and I am happy about that.__________________

I have had lots of trouble in teh past getting cards to the west coast of the USA. I have had trouble with cards coming to me from The West coast. There is nothing i can do about the lost cards.No way at all this is my fault,now people are thinking that im a ripper when im not,i have done many trades after we did that deal.You cant say thats the biggest deal ive ever done because it isnt and u probably think i ripped u because it was such a bigg deal.Im sending you anymore cards.Infact how do any of us know that u got the cards and maybe what you are doing is that u r saying you arnt gettign any cards at all and are making people send u cards, just liek i did. MAYBE. Anyway im only complaining becauser i dont want to be banned for something that i didnt do wrong in the first place at all. Please MODs u have to believe me, if i was a ripper i wouldnt be fighting so much just to keep myself on MOTL BECAUSE i have worked many hours tryin to trade and to get refs so i can be the person with the most Refs in Westchester County. even thought this has nothign to do with the deal,thanks for reading my replie__________________

Hiya! As the sender, the responsibility that your cards arrive is yours alone. From the MOTL Rules:
8. It is the responsibility of the sender to make sure his cards arrive. You are responsible for your cards until the person you traded with recieves the cards. I do not want to see the I already sent stuff on this forum. If you sent money online to a business for cards and never recieved the cards you'd ask the business to refund your money or resend the product and that applies to individual traders as well. For you bad traders and rippers who think you can say you sent and will not send again if the cards don't arrive, I will have the accuser file charges against you. I am sick and tired of hearing that. If you are that worried your cards are not arriving then mail return reciept or certified. Only the sender has the ability to obtain confirmation that the cards arrived safely. The recipient cannot do so. As such, you are solely responsible in this situation and you must either come through with your half of the deal or you must return all the cards you received. I suggest you obtain delivery confirmation when you send and please resolve this issue ASAP. __________________

There is no way that i am sending cards for anything that wasnt my fault. It was the Postal services screw up and NONE of and i mean NONE of you can say that they got teh cards or not. Masa & MUNE can just be saying they didnt get cards so they can ban people. There isnt any other person here complaining about me ever ripping any1. I havent ripped any1 and i have no intention to anyway. I dont care if teh cards didnt get there. It would be nice if teh cards got there and then i wouldnt have all this Bull**** all over me and people TELLING me i ripped some 1 when i didn't rip him. There nothing i can and will do. __________________

I'm not like that... I'm an honest guy  . Anyways, I feel that Jared really did send the cards, and due to a recent experience with my cousin getting cards that were postmarked 5 months ago... I'd say it might take a little longer. Email me Jared!__________________

JiggaJayrod: You ascii swearing just earned you a karma deduction. What you say is true. Without delivery confimation no one can say whether or not those cards have arrived, which is why the rules are the way they are. Registered mail / delivery confirmation is available to the sender should they choose to use it, but the recipient has no such option. The bottom line is this: either Masa&Mune gets the cards you owe him or you end up on the confirmed bad trader's list.

It was an honest mistake by my friend. He wanted to finish his unglued set, and I helped him out by making a deal, but apparently he forgot! So I agreed to send his cards back. I'm not like you Jared.__________________

i traded with masa&mune we had a little trouble with the trade cause by a lack of contact. he traded away my card before i got it. but he was very sincere in his apology and is sending my cards back along with one of the cards i chose off of his list to throw in. i dont think he is a bad trader just needs more contact with the people he trades with, to confirm and remember the cards involved. thank you for your time mods.__________________

Well I tried looking up the number on the USPS site and result came back with "Tracking service was not purchased for this item." Jared do you still have the receipt? If so I would like to see a scan.

Well I'm afraid without any valid delivery confirmation and no copy of the reciept available there is no way he can prove that he sent or if the cards were received. For all I know that number is for a trade to someone else. Jared if you cannot supply a scan of the receipt or some proof of delivery you still have the responsibility to uphold your end of the trade - I'm giving you 2 weeks to do so, either Masa&Mune receives the cards you owe or I will be putting you on the confirmed bad trader's list.
