He pesistantly claimed that he had not recieved the cards. I dont belive its possible to loose mail now, is it? I did not get the mail registered so I can't trace where it went. He has told me he deleted his mail from me. __________________ The Goblins are in charge of maintenence?!? Why not just set it on fire and call it a day? It's your word against his with no evidence on either side. Perhaps next time be careful as to how you send your cards. Sorry.

If you sent money online to a business for cards and never recieved the cards you'd ask the business to refund your money or resend the product and that applies to individual traders as well. For you bad traders and rippers who think you can say you sent and will not send again if the cards don't arrive, I will have the accuser file charges against you. I am sick and tired of hearing that. If you are that worried your cards are not arriving then mail return reciept or certified. Unless you can prove that the cards reached Neutralman, there is nothing that can be done. Perhaps someone stole from his mailbox, or perhaps his mail was misdelivered, or perhaps he had to put a hold on delivery which resulted in some lost mail. The main issue at hand is that only the sender can make absolutely certain that the cards arrive and so if the sender does not obtain delivery confirmation the recipient cannot be held responsible. Hopefully the international shipment will still show up even though it's been a month. What action could possibly be expected without having proof that anything was even sent or that Neutralman received? Edit for Masa&Muse below: I really do feel your pain, but try to imagine the total chaos if you were the person who never recieved and you were held responsible without any way to protect yourself.... Without a trackable delivery method there is nothing that can be done on MOTL or in a court of law. Sending emails to third parties and disparaging another MOTL member really isn't the way to resolve this issue. She maied them priority mail and paid for a signature confirmation. It cost me 8 1/2 bucks! At fist I was mad at my Mom for spending so much on postage but she is an experienced ebay puchaser and seller and she knows what she is doing. At fist he said he didn't recieve. I told him I had a sgnature confirmation and then he claimed he only recieved 1 card. I sent 12 cards. Is he saying the postal service took 11 of the 12 cards out of the envelope. Now I know, or at least I hope to God my own mother is not ripping me off.What is the deal!? Don't buy his "help me please, what should I do?" BSOne word............. KARMA .
