I have problems with this person. MoTL name worm_ser. We confirmed our trade at Feb 28 2001. I sent first. He received my cards at Mar 18 2001. I still haven't got my part of the deal. If I ask him about that he just wanted to know what was this deal and that it.

I still haven't got Your cards. Its geting somewhat strange as its
already somewhere 1.5 month from where You sayd that You have send them
out. I don't know what's up. I'm going to wait another week then I
probably have to post this on MoTL board. I know You have many refs and
I don't think You some kind of ripper but, as I haven't received my
cards I don't have much choice :(

As You can see I have written (twice) him about I'm not geting my cards. Only answer I get from him is "what was the deal". And nothing else. Right before we made a deal I looked here Bad Traders Alert and here was discussion about him (ser_worm) about ppl not receiving their cards from him. In the end everything was resolved and ok. If I rebember right he just haven't sent them on time or something like that. As this was cleared (he appologied and everything) and him haveing over 100 refs we made deal. Still I haven't received a word from him...

I also am having problems with this guy. I tried to post a topic on him, and was directed here. I have traded with him once before, and everything went fine, except that his cards came a little bit late. We agreed to this trade when he won a trade auction of mine on Feb 4 2001. He has replied numerous times to my emails with different excuses and hard to read typing.

you said you would send out "tomorrow" on the 29th of April.

Now I don't know what's going on, but I sure know I haven't received anything yet. Also, I've tried to contact you several times, but I never get any reply. Why is that?
I've contacted the Moderators of MOTL concerning this case querying about what to do. I haven't told them any of your personal information except that you are a trader with a very high ref count (200+). Their advice was to report you since I'm not getting any answers, despite how many refs you may have. I'm currently being ripped by another guy, which is frustrating. Still, I find it hard to believe that you would rip me over two Blazing Specters, hence I'm still waiting for you to explain the state of the trade. I feel confident there's a simple explanation other than that, and that we can work this out peacefully without me filing for mail fraud.
If you haven't checked your mail for some time, I'll understand why I've gotten no reply so far. But I've also made a short post on you h/w list asking you to check your mail. So when you do, I strongly advise you to mail me - fast.

That was short and concise!
I need to tell you though, the foil plains, the foil stormscape bm, the non-foil y's agenda and the foil dralnu's crusade are all mint, while the Kavu Titan has been played. It shows on the right edge, but according to AnyCraze's card condition guide (http://www.anycraze.com/include/menu.map?418,2), he should be in somewhere between excellent/near mint condition. Lmk if this will be a problem. Naturally all facts need to be laid face up on the table before we go any further.
