Back to back getting owned by the cowboys? Had they won last week they would have had a first round bye. They folded like a cheap tent back to back.

I think the Patriots were replaced with the London Silly Nannies today.__________________ Stages of Death: Anger, Denial, Barganing, Depression, Acceptance, Burial, Decay, Haunting, Revenge, Evil LaughOriginally posted by pyr0ma5ta: When in doubt, always go with the mom joke. Fixed As for the NE-Baltimore game, if anyone is surprised that NE lost like they did, they were giving NE waaaaaay too much credit. NE-No Welker, no run game, and average defense Baltimore-Healthy, great run game, great defense Packers-Cards was ******* awesome! Too bad AZ is going to get smoked by Brees next week. Rd 2: Saints over Cards Vikings over Cowboys Chargers over Jets Ravens over Colts

What an ending in the Packers-Cardinals. The cardinals defense show up when both team coudln't stop each other.I sort of like Colts over Ravens Vikings over Cowboys Saints over Cardinals Chargers over Jets

Woodson is more well known, had 4 forced fumbles, and 3 pick sixes. __________________ "He knew suddenly that he was not going to escape. Who do the Packers play this weekend? Moss twice. Owens twice. Ocho Cinco twice. Steve Smith 1 catch 5 yds. Andre johnson check. The list goes on and on. ~MM __________________ [Help me PIMP my Slide!] [Join Us,or DIE!][Refs][Me] [Werewolf 9!][My Brute!]I am MeddlingMage...YOUR Motl Survivor 11 Champion and 2007 Captain N award winner, and I approve this siggy!

Regular season award. Moss, Owens, and Chad are all past their primes, especially Moss and Owens. It is impressive that he shut down Andre Johnson. I don't care who won the defensive POY award since I am not really a Packers fan, or a fan of any one player who finished in the top 5. Woodson has been around for a while, and after all the hype surrounding him coming out of college, he finally had an impressive season, so that was possibly another consideration behind him getting the award. __________________ "He knew suddenly that he was not going to escape. I thought he deserved it too, but I think the reason why he won it is because the Jets overall defense was far superior to the Packers. Revis had far more support in the secondary and the Jets has constant pressure on every quarterback they played. His stats against top received are both incredible and misleading, he has had some great help from teammates. Meanwhile, Woodson was a one man wrecking crew. Maybe that's taking a small situation and overblowing it, but thats the logic I used to justify Woodson winning.

Probably a little bit of both. quote: Next week versus Saints will be a great one...
+1 This game will be determined by the offensive and defensive lines. quote: Originally posted by LA3: I have to say Indy will be tough in afc championship whoever they play.
Tough for the Jets, not for the Chargers.

Well the Chargers have to get past the Jets first. So far it is 7-0...but if you ask me this is probably the way the Jets want to handle this game and any game going forward(if they win). They've kept it close enough for one mistake to spell SD's doom. Yet as of now the Jets must do something on offense or this is going to be a 10-3 win.

I think the Chargers need a new kicker this year from the draft.

Yea really. You can't miss 3 field goals in a playoff game and expect to keep your job next year.

The Chargers shouldn't cut him because of what he did yesterday vs the Jets, they need to cut him because he's done this before, and by keeping him around the Chargers are telling their fans that they're not serious about winning. Chargers needs in order: running back, head coach, place kicker

I wouldn't put the need for a RB so high. I thought SD lost because of their coach more so than their kicker. I also am doubting that they will ever win with Rivers at QB. When SD went down 2 scores, he took way too much time between plays. Just like Romo, he just doesn't seem to have what it takes to win when it counts. I would like to see the Jets beat the Colts after the Colts layed down for them in week 16. Just like the Jets bounced the Bengals. IMO teams need to play to win if they are playing a team trying to make the Playoffs.

The Chargers have LT and Sproles as their two RBs. LT is waaaaaaay over the hill as a RB, and Sproles isn't big enough to be a 25-30+ carries a game RB. The Chargers desperatley need a new running back. quote: I thought SD lost because of their coach more so than their kicker.
Norv Turner didn't miss 3 field goals. Keading did. He hits 1, the game goes to OT. He hits 2, Chargers win. quote: I also am doubting that they will ever win with Rivers at QB. "He can't win the big one" has also been said about Manning and Elway. SD gets a good running RB, kicker, and head coach they'll win. They stick with what they have, which looks like they're going to do since they gave Norv an extension, they won't win.
