Can somebody explain to me the role of Utility? Who can fill that slot? Or can you link me to a website that explains the roles. Like Pitcher, not starting or relief, but just Pitcher. Does it matter for those slots?

Utility is DH. Anyone can fill that position. There are some guys (ortiz, Thome) that are only UTL.

There are some slots on your rotation for SP, RP, and P. Just like utility, any pitcher can be a P, but not all pitchers could be an RP or SP. Last year when he was called up, Neftali Feliz was listed as a starter, but after a certain number of appearances (I'm not sure how many), he was listed as an RP, so he could be on both.
