Wouldn't hold it up more so maybe give a little bit more time to make the pick....ie no skipping ahead after 24 hours during the next two days.

I think it's safe to say for the next few days we can go back to the 24 hour clock. Again, probably starting New Year's Eve until January 2nd we can suspend the clock again for that holliday....usually we never stop the clock, but only bc we have usually started drafting after the hollidays are over.

My hotel wanted $120 for a week of Internet (or $25 per day), so I had to wait until I could piggyback on an open network. Luckily it came in time for my pick, and hopefully I'll get my next pick the same way (or be home in time for it).

This place is just too expensive ($4 or $5 a beer is cheap!). Even a fast food meal costs ~ $10. And I'm getting tired of Cricket and Darts being the primary sports stories. But I did get to see the Eagles last night.

A common question asked at gas stations (and bars) is 'would you like a mortgage with that?'

However I do take issue with your comment on sports. Darts is a great sport where we can all feel as first rate athletes by watching. And cricket is beyond reproach - being as it is the only sport which can last for eight hours a day, for five days and still end in a draw. Other common reasons for cricket matches ending in a draw include 'bad light' 'rain' and 'wind' (have a guess which one is a joke reason!)
