Been hellish on the kitchen, especially if you are working grill that night, but definetly better for the servers, since they can actually make decent tips on mondays if they bust their ass enough.

oneofchaos Member	posted June 28, 2009 11:36 PM Ok, so I'm now in better shape than i have been in a couple years, but is it ok to work out for 8 hours one day and not work out again for 3-4 days? Seems my schedule is busy lol

They pay weekly, so they usually bring us their information friday morning around 9ish, and we will have it ready for them to pick up by 5. Well, last friday they came in at 4:00 to drop it off, and I told them that our payroll person was out of the office, but I would give it to them when they came in monday. They sit there and yelled at me, and I explained that the person waited for them but was leaving town and had to get going. They were still mad, so I had to do their payroll, cut their checks, and give them to them to these jerks. Now the part that makes me mad. They havent payed their bill in a long time, so basically we are doing their payroll for my bosses dry cleaning. WTF? Edit: I didnt realize the "p" word was censored, so I changed them because my post looked vulger. [Edited 1 times, lastly by Montague on June 29, 2009]

Seems my schedule is busy lol Yeah, it shouldn't be used on a regular basis (better to do a 3-4 hour workout every other day, or a two hour workout every day switching the focus [arms, legs,etc.] each time).
