Alright so asking magic players for weight loss advice is probably not the greatest idea, but I'm willing to give it a shot. I left my freshmen year of college at 242 pounds (bout 42 over). I since stopped drinking soda, eating fastfood, and being sedated. 6 weeks later i'm now 219ish. I want to lose 19 more in the next 6 weeks, but it's getting harder to do it. I'm also lifting a bit and trying to get in shape. Best ideas/diet/etc to accomplish this in six weeks?

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio.Try introducing Runs into your diet (a fast enough pace to feel hte burn but not fast enough to hurt yourself/be unsustainable.)

Swim laps. It does the cardio thing, does the calisthenic thing, does the resistance thing...all while suspending you in water so the weight of your body doesn't do any damage to your joints and cartilage. Plus, if you swim outside (with sunscreen of course), you get a tan and some vitamin D from the purest source. Score!

I also kinda cut back on the amount of food I eat, I'm not starving myself but I don't want to suddenly regain weight when I go back to college. It's getting harder to lose weight at this point in time. Any chance there is a good six pack in six weeks deal I could do lol?

Honestly 1oc? I lost 5 pounds at culinary school (where I was eating massive buffets we'd make in class every day) and kept it off simply by walking a lot. I lived in se Louisville, where I had Target, Kroger, Wal-Mart, Borders, the liquor store, about 20 restaurants, Gamestop, etc etc within a couple blocks. I also had a friend who, when I asked him if he wanted to go somewhere, he'd only agree to go if we walked. So, I walked almost every day, simply because I didn't want to go alone and be bored, yet I also didn't want to get stuck in my small apartment. My suggestion, then, is to just ditch the car and make sure you're eating right. Small changes, such as eating cereal and fruit instead of junk food for snacks, make a huge difference. EDIT: Also add me on aim again, magicplayerguy.

So my wife is a Dealer at a big casino in Norman, OK and for the second time Jessica Alba came and played at her table. Apparantly Jessica is filming a movie in Guthrie Oklahoma. She tipped my wife $300.The best part of the whole deal: Jessia looked at my wifes wedding ring and said " oooh, your man must really love you"! That's right, I'm the man Jessica Alba was talking about!!! I have actually been talked about by Jessica Alba.

Let me put it this way (possibly offensive to some, but speechjew'll love the idea): Top: Kate Winslet > Isla Fisher > Carla Bruni > Jennifer Morrisson > (a bunch of people)
... > Jessica Alba ... > Megan Fox [bottom] Jessica Alba may not be terribly attractive, but at least she's not an utter ***** and/or terrible actress (ahem, Fox). I'm interested for more than just looks.

Maybe, more a "lack of personality is UNattractive," ya know? Plenty of ladies with plenty of personality that are still NOT attractive, but lots of pretty girls with sheet rock for character are definitely not either.
