Work in a warehouse with no AC/poor ventilation system in 95 degree heat. It got to 104 in the warehouse where I work. I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks... __________________

Weight Loss Update!Down another 5lbs!!!! 20lbs total!  It's getting kinda weird though, how it keeps going down in 5lb increments.. Not 3 or 7, always 5... is that a sign or something? Thanks,

It's a sign that you should keep up the good work! I'm probably losing weight too, but only because I'm not interested in eating anything after getting my toofs out.

Better than being status quo :P. I did not realize it, but I have been building up significant muscle mass, I think that's negating some of the weight loss.

Well I mean I changed my diet from fastfood/grease/pizza/beer to more fruit/vegetables/chicken. I try to bike 3 times a week at least, use a total gym pro, work out, etc.I just need help shaving these last few off.
