The BTA is for trading issues, and ONLY when the trade qualifies as a BTA case. It is not against MOTL rules for someone to think that you are scamming them. In this instance, if you do not have his address as confirmation of the trade, you do not have a "backing out of a trade" case. If you have a question about whether or not something is BTAable, you PM/IM/Email nder or I.
