So what if you stumble across a new member and notice something familiar about them, and you suspect it maybe be a banned member?

After you check what you can (ie...CBT and BTA posts), how can you go about checking further to see if it's the same person, or why they were banned if not on the confirmed list?

What's the rule on banned (non-ripper) members returning with a different screen name?

Email a mod if you suspect someone is a returned ripper.

About your 2nd question; that's certainly not allowed.
