3. Please let me know the condition of your cards if they're below EX or EX+. My cards are not all NM/Mint, so ask if it's important.

Here's the system that I use for grading:

Mint (M) - No flaws.
Near Mint (NM) - A couple tiny flaws, usually a fleck or two of white on the border. Unless inspected closely it appears Mint.
Excellent (EX) - Light wear to the edges. Some edges may have no wear and would pass as NM. Maybe light surface scratches, but no deep scratches or dings.
Very Good (VG) - Even wear to the edges, but no whitening on the middle. Alternatively, the card may have a small scratch or ding and otherwise pass as EX, but the blemish is not bad enough to make the card marked.
Good (G) - Even wear to the edges and the middle is starting to show wear. There are no creases. Only playable in opaque sleeves.
Poor (P) - Heavy wear to the edges and middle. Maybe creases, scratches, dings or corners missing.

If there is any whitening on the brown, back face of the card it is G+ at best as it is a marked card.
